I see these posts frequently on planet emacsen. Could you please provide an explanation of the new features in the latest build. I want to care, but tell me why I should.
Well, one of the frequent complaints was that Windows users could not get to use the bleeding edge version of Emacs as the compilation process was tedious compared to Unix boxes. I simply post that regularly so that *new* users can get the latest version if they wanted. Old timers generally know where to look.
Sean provides regular builds and the changelog retrieved via C-h n could give you that info. If that's too much trouble there's always the web interface to the repository to the NEWS file that will tell you too.
